Quick answers to the most common questions
Create a free account at CampNode, go to My Shops, and click Create Shop. Fill in your shop name, category, and description. Once your shop is live, click Add Product to list your first item. It's free to get started!
Yes. All payments go into a secure escrow wallet. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm you've received your order. This protects you from fraud and ensures quality delivery.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 business hours. Once initiated from your Seller Wallet, funds are transferred directly to your verified Nigerian bank account.
If you haven't confirmed delivery within 7 days, your funds are automatically returned to your wallet. You can also raise a dispute within 48 hours of confirming delivery if the item is not as described.
CampNode charges a small platform fee of 2% per successful transaction. Listing products is completely free. There are no monthly subscription fees.
Once you've listed at least one product and completed your shop profile, our team reviews and verifies your shop within 24–48 hours. Verified shops get a badge and rank higher in search results.
